There was something poetic about looking Vonnegut up on myspace the other night. I found a Vonnegut group where people post thoughts about his books, and as i scrolled through the first few pages of posts, it was all porn. “Get sex TONIGHT,”, “want a hard COCK?!” and “Hottest M.I.L.F.’s on Myspace!” As I mentioned earlier, most of Kilgore Trout’s science fiction stories (Trout is a repeating alter-ego character in Vonnegut’s books) are published in the back of porn mags. So good to know the paradigm holds up.
Thanks for the post. What do you all think of the future of blogging? I have been reading a lot about google’s attempt to gain preferential treatment for its site from internet providers. This will result in their sites being faster than sites owned by in.
